a. The purpose of the Booking services (and online booking) is to reserve a service at the Si la Cosa Funciona Eventos Private Venue. The use of these services implies full acceptance of this Booking Policy. Any special request (special dishes, table location, etc.) must be communicated explicitly and in writing and will only be valid upon express confirmation by the Venue’s reservation department, and may incur additional costs.
b. Contract termination or booking cancellation: Cancellation of bookings by the user is not accepted, with the exception of serious cases of illness or hospitalization, which must be duly documented. In the event that a prepayment has been made for specific services (Themed Dinners, special order dishes, birthday cakes, etc.), Si la Cosa Funciona will charge 100% of those services; that is, the amount already paid will not be refunded.
c. In the event of changes by the Management of Si la Cosa Funciona, notification will be sent in writing and an appointment will be arranged at least 3 months before the Event. If the client does not agree, an immediate refund will be processed at that time.
d. If, due to problems external to Si La Cosa Funciona (weather conditions, technical issues, or any other type not corresponding to its organization), the event cannot be held, either before or during the event, Si La Cosa Funciona will attempt to continue providing the service subject to client acceptance and provided there is a viable alternative. Ultimately, if this is not possible, Si La Cosa Funciona shall not be held liable for the cancellation thereof.
e. Modification of guests and last-minute cancellations: The number of diners may be modified up to seven working days before the event, both upwards and downwards. In the event that any of the guests do not attend, no amount will be refunded. A maximum of two or three additional diners may be accommodated at the time of the event upon prior payment of the services to be provided.
f. Regarding external events, if there are more diners than those contracted for cocktail services, the final additional guests will be billed. The service may be cancelled if this excess exceeds a proportion of more than 20%.
